Внести в Кодекс Кыргызской Республики об административной ответственности (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., N 2, ст.77) следующее дополнение: абзац первый статьи 120 после слов "правил их эксплуатации" дополнить словами ", а также разрушение коллекторно-дренажных систем".
