1. Действие настоящего Закона распространяется на отношения, возникающие при работе с информацией персонального характера независимо от применяемых средств обработки этой информации, включая использование информационных технологий.
2. Действие настоящего Закона не распространяется на хранение, обработку и использование персональных данных в связи с личными, семейными или хозяйственными делами физического лица, если при этом не нарушаются права субъектов персональных данных.
