The act is no longer in force. Basis: Конституционный Закон КР от 31 октября 2016 года № 173.
1. На референдум могут выноситься изменения и дополнения в Консти-
туцию Кыргызской Республики, законы Кыргызской Республики и иные важные вопросы государственного значения.
2. Вопрос референдума должен быть сформулирован таким образом,
чтобы исключалась возможность его множественного толкования и можно бы- ло дать лишь однозначный ответ.
