1. Законодательство о референдуме составляют Конституция Кыргызс-
кой Республики, настоящий конституционный Закон и другие нормативные правовые акты Кыргызской Республики.
2. Положения настоящего конституционного Закона могут быть измене-
ны или дополнены не иначе как путем принятия конституционного закона.
