90 депутатов Жогорку Кенеша избираются по единому избирательному округу пропорционально количеству голосов, поданных за списки кандида- тов в депутаты, выдвинутых политическими партиями. Единый избирательный округ включает в себя всю территорию Кыргызс- кой Республики.
