The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 27 июня 2010 года.
1. Суд не вправе применять нормативный правовой акт, противореча-
щий настоящей Конституции.
2. Если при рассмотрении дела в любой судебной инстанции возник
вопрос о конституционности закона или иного нормативного правового ак- та, от которого зависит решение дела, то суд направляет запрос в Конс- титуционный суд.
