1. Граждане Кыргызской Республики имеют право на охрану здоровья.
2. Первая медицинская помощь и медицинская помощь по некоторым ви-
дам заболеваний, определенным законом, а также медицинская помощь соци- ально уязвимым слоям населения бесплатна; каждый вправе получить ее в государственных и частных медицинских учреждениях. Порядок получения медицинской помощи регулируется законом.
