1. Свободы и права, установленные настоящей Конституцией, не явля-
ются исчерпывающими и не должны толковаться как отрицание или умаление других общепризнанных свобод и прав человека.
2. Каждый обязан соблюдать Конституцию и законы, уважать свободы и
права, честь и достоинство других лиц.
3. Каждый, кто реализует свои свободы и права, не должен ограничи-
вать свободы и права других.
