Организация, порядок деятельности и полномочия Национального сове-
та определяются Конституцией Кыргызской Республики, конституционным за-
коном Кыргызской Республики о статусе судей Кыргызской Республики, нас-
тоящим Законом и иными нормативными правовыми актами Кыргызской Респуб-
лики.
