Внести в Кодекс Кыргызской Республики об административной ответственности (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., N 2, ст.77) следующее изменение: в статье 597 слова "двадцати дней со дня вынесения постановления" заменить словами "десяти дней со дня вручения копии постановления или объявления гражданину постановления о наложении административного взыскания".
