1. Вступившие в законную силу акты судов Кыргызской Республики
обязательны для всех государственных органов, хозяйствующих субъектов,
общественных объединений, должностных лиц и граждан и подлежат исполне-
нию на всей территории республики.
2. Неисполнение, ненадлежащее исполнение либо воспрепятствование
исполнению судебных актов, а также вмешательство в деятельность судов
влекут установленную законом ответственность.
