1. Жогорку Кенеш по указанным в подпунктах 1, 3-6, 9, 22-28 пункта
1 статьи 58 настоящей Конституции вопросам принимает законы, по осталь-
ным вопросам, включая осуществление контроля за исполнением законов,
принимает постановления.
2. Законы и постановления Жогорку Кенеша принимаются большинством
голосов от общего числа депутатов Жогорку Кенеша, если настоящей Конс-
титуцией не предусмотрен иной порядок их принятия.
