1. Все бывшие президенты, кроме отрешенных от должности в установ-
ленном статьей 51 настоящей Конституции порядке, имеют звание экс-пре-
зидента Кыргызской Республики.
2. Статус экс-президента Кыргызской Республики устанавливается за-
коном.
