Туристская деятельность осуществляется за счет:

- собственных финансовых ресурсов субъектов туристской деятельности, денежных вкладов граждан и юридических лиц;

- отечественных инвестиций, кредитов, ссуд;

- безвозмездных и благотворительных вкладов, пожертвовании предприятий, учреждений, организаций и граждан;

- (абзац 5 утратил силу в соответствии с Законом КР от 10 мая 2017 года № 79);

- ссуд (облигационных займов), банковских и бюджетных кредитов;

- иностранных инвестиций.
