1. Антитеррористическая операция считается оконченной, когда террористический акт пресечен (прекращен) и ликвидирована угроза жизни, здоровью, имуществу и иным охраняемым законом интересам людей, находящихся в зоне проведения антитеррористической операции.
2. Решение об объявлении антитеррористической операции оконченной принимает руководитель оперативного штаба по управлению антитеррористической операцией.
