Граждане имеют право на возмещение ущерба, причиненного их здоровью при производстве и переработке табака или в результате потребления табачных изделий. Причиненный вред возмещается работодателями - физическими и юридическими лицами независимо от форм собственности. Размер нанесенного вреда и порядок возмещения ущерба определяются сторонами по взаимному согласию или судом. (В редакции Закона КР от 25 декабря 2009 года № 316)
