Настоящий Закон вступает в силу со дня официального опубликования.
Настоящий Закон применяется к правоотношениям, которые возникли со
дня вступления его в силу.
Правительству Кыргызской Республики привести свои нормативные пра-
вовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
