Аттестация судей местных судов осуществляется Национальным советом по делам правосудия, образуемым Президентом Кыргызской Республики (да- лее - Национальный совет). Порядок формирования состава Национального совета определяется Президентом Кыргызской Республики. Национальный совет обязан ежегодно отчитываться о своей работе пе- ред Президентом Кыргызской Республики.
