1. Государственный реестр взрывчатых материалов (далее - реестр)
содержит данные о разрешенных для промышленного использования на терри- тории Кыргызской Республики взрывчатых материалах.
2. Реестр ведет уполномоченный государственный орган в области
промышленной безопасности.
