1. Экспорт, импорт и реэкспорт взрывчатых материалов и приборов
взрывного дела осуществляются в порядке, установленном законодательст- вом Кыргызской Республики.
2. Транзит взрывчатых материалов по территории Кыргызской Респуб-
лики осуществляется в порядке, установленном Правительством Кыргызской Республики.
