Государственный надзор за оборотом взрывчатых материалов на терри- тории Кыргызской Республики в пределах своей компетенции осуществляют уполномоченный государственный орган в области промышленной безопаснос- ти (кроме пиротехнических изделий), органы внутренних дел, обороны и национальной безопасности Кыргызской Республики.
