В целях регулирования внешнеторговых операций по ввозу (импорту) и вывозу (экспорту) товаров и защиты внутреннего рынка Кыргызской Республики могут применяться следующие виды пошлин:
- ввозные (импортные) таможенные пошлины;
- вывозные (экспортные) таможенные пошлины;
- сезонные пошлины;
- особые пошлины (антидемпинговые, компенсационные, специальные).
