Групповые перемещения трудящихся-мигрантов осуществляются на основании заключенных Кыргызской Республикой международных договоров, которыми определяются порядок въезда, пребывания и выезда групп трудящихся-мигрантов, условия их труда и оплаты, социальное и медицинское обеспечение под контролем соответствующих государственных органов.
