Статья 17. Реализация пестицидов и агрохимикатов

Физические и юридические лица, осуществляющие оптовую и розничную торговлю имеют право приобретать и реализовывать пестициды и агрохимикаты, прошедшие государственную регистрацию и внесенные в Государственный каталог пестицидов и агрохимикатов, разрешенных к применению на территории Кыргызской Республики. Реализация пестицидов ограниченного использования осуществляется только гражданами, имеющими специальную профессиональную подготовку. Не допускается продажа (перепродажа) пустой тары из-под пестицидов и агрохимикатов. (В редакции Закона КР от 28 июня 2003 года № 122)
