1. Должностное лицо обязано дать депутату ответ на его обращение в
течение месяца.
2. Обращения депутата по вопросам, находящимся в ведении местных
государственных администраций, местного самоуправления, министерств и
ведомств, подлежат рассмотрению этими органами. О дне рассмотрения де-
путат должен быть извещен заблаговременно.
