Социальному фонду Кыргызской Республики предоставить отсрочки пострадавшим хозяйствующим субъектам по выплате ими обязательных страховых отчислений без взимания пени, процентов по учетной ставке Национального банка Кыргызской Республики и штрафных санкций по вышеуказанному Перечню.
