Руководитель органа записи актов гражданского состояния отказывает в государственной регистрации установления отцовства при наличии сведений об отце в записи акта о рождении ребенка, за исключением случая, если запись об отце ребенка составлена по заявлению матери в порядке, предусмотренном пунктом 3 статьи 17 настоящего Закона.
