Правительство Кыргызской Республики вправе в 2005 году:
вносить изменения в приложения № 1, 1-1 и 2 настоящего Закона в
пределах сумм, утвержденных статьей 1 настоящего Закона;
вносить уточнения во взаимные расчеты республиканского бюджета
Кыргызской Республики с бюджетами областей и городов Бишкек и Ош, выте-
кающие из принимаемых соответствующими органами нормативных актов, а
также изменений объемов производства (работ, услуг), уровней цен,
структурных изменений и других процессов, происходящих в республике.
