Спонсорство - осуществление физическим или юридическим лицом (спонсором) вклада (в виде предоставления имущества, результатов интеллектуальной деятельности, оказания услуг, выполнения работ) в деятельность другого физического или юридического лица (спонсируемого) на условиях распространения спонсируемым рекламы о спонсоре, его товарах. Спонсорский вклад признается платой за рекламу, а спонсор и спонсируемый - соответственно рекламодателем и рекламораспространителем. Спонсор не вправе вмешиваться в деятельность спонсируемого. (В редакции Закона КР от 22 июля 2019 года № 98) Законом КР от 22 июля 2019 года № 98 внесены изменения в статью 19, изложенную на государственном языке.
