В период засухи или маловодья Правительство Кыргызской Республики имеет право:
- вводить ограничения на некоторые или все виды деятельности, связанные с использованием водных ресурсов;
- лимитировать или ограничивать использование воды для владельцев разрешений на сброс;
- временно вводить новые приоритеты на территориях, подверженных засухе и маловодью.
