Законы, постановления Жогорку Кенеша принимаются боль- шинством голосов от общего числа депутатов, если Конституцией Кыргызс- кой Республики и настоящим Законом не установлен иной порядок их приня- тия. Акты Жогорку Кенеша принимаются открытым голосованием, если иное не предусмотрено настоящим Законом. Тайное голосование проводится по решению Жогорку Кенеша, принимае- мому большинством голосов от числа депутатов, принявших участие в голо- совании. (В редакции Закона КР от 25 января 2008 года №1)
