Жогорку Кенеш рассматривает вопросы в соответствии с утвержденной повесткой дня Жогорку Кенеша. Повестка дня Жогорку Кенеша принимается Жогорку Кенешем на каждый месяц. В повестку дня заседания Жогорку Кенеша включаются вопросы, подго- товленные согласно требованиям настоящего Регламента. Соответствующие комитеты и депутатские фракции Жогорку Кенеша представляют свои заключения о готовности закрепленных за ними для под- готовки и доработки вопросов и предложения о включении их в повестку дня.
