Сессия Собрания народных представителей проводится: утреннее заседание - с 10.00 до 12.00 часов; вечернее - с 14.00 до 18.00 часов, с перерывами до 30 минут. По решению Собрания народных представителей время проведения засе- даний может быть изменено. На заседаниях Собрания народных представителей вправе присутство- вать депутаты Законодательного собрания и местных кенешей.
