Указ Президента Кыргызской Республики о введении режима военного или чрезвычайного положения, решении вопросов войны и мира, объявлении состояния войны утрачивает силу, если Жогорку Кенеш Кыргызской Респуб- лики не утвердил его в сроки, определенные частью первой статьи 204 настоящего Закона.
