Принятый Жогорку Кенешем закон в течение месяца направляется Пре- зиденту Кыргызской Республики для подписания. Президент Кыргызской Республики не позднее одного месяца со дня получения закона подписывает или возвращает его со своими возражениями в Жогорку Кенеш для повторного рассмотрения.
