Регистрационная карточка - документ, исполненный на бумажном и электронном носителях, содержащий запись о возникновении, переходе, прекращении прав и обременений (ограничений) прав, а также сведения о правообладателях и единице недвижимости. Регистрационная карточка заводится на каждую единицу недвижимого имущества. Форма регистрационной карточки определяется уполномоченным государственным органом в сфере регистрации прав на недвижимое имущество.
