The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 23 октября 2007 года № 158.
Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2000 г., №
3, ст. 156) следующие изменения и дополнение:
в пункте 1 слова «трех месяцев» заменить словами «10 дней»;
в пункте 5 слово «дважды» исключить.
2. Статью 344 после слов «могут быть поданы» дополнить словами «по
защите избирательных прав - в течение десяти дней,».
