часть первую статьи 2 после слов «Госкомитете Республики Кыргызстан
по национальной безопасности,» дополнить словами «гражданской обороне
и Государственной противопожарной службе Министерства экологии и
чрезвычайных ситуаций Кыргызской Республики,».
