Счетная палата готовит ежегодный отчет об аудите и аудите эффективности по исполнению республиканского бюджета и представляет его Жогорку Кенешу Кыргызской Республики. Счетная палата направляет органам местного самоуправления информацию о результатах аудита и аудита эффективности по исполнению местных бюджетов и внебюджетных фондов органов местного самоуправления.
