Счетная палата в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики может создавать учебные учреждения и центры по обучению и повышению квалификации кадров. Сотрудники Счетной палаты обязаны проходить регулярное обучение по вопросам повышения квалификации, а именно изучения новых технологий, изменений в законодательстве и т.д. за счет средств республиканского бюджета и грантов.
