Работодатель, причинивший в результате ненадлежащего исполнения своих обязанностей по трудовому договору ущерб имуществу работника, возмещает этот ущерб в полном объеме. Размер ущерба определяется по рыночным ценам, действующим в данной местности на момент возмещения ущерба или при согласии работника равноценным имуществом.
