Среднемесячный заработок лиц, получивших трудовое увечье в период прохождения производственного обучения (практики), подсчитывается на общих основаниях. При этом стипендия, выплачиваемая за период обучения, приравнивается к заработку. По желанию потерпевшего среднемесячный заработок может подсчитываться за период работы, предшествующий производственному обучению.
