Субъектами индивидуальных трудовых отношений являются:
- работник;
- работодатель.
Субъектами коллективных трудовых отношений являются:
- представительный орган работников (профессиональный союз, объединенный представительный орган, совет работников и другие);
- объединение работодателей;
- иные субъекты в случаях, предусмотренных законами.
