Гарантии - средства, способы и условия, с помощью которых обеспечивается осуществление предоставленных работникам прав в области социально-трудовых отношений. Компенсации - денежные выплаты, установленные в целях возмещения работникам затрат, связанных с исполнением ими трудовых или иных предусмотренных законом обязанностей.
