Каждый час работы в ночное время оплачивается в повышенном размере, но не ниже чем в полуторном размере. Повышенная оплата за работу в ночное время не включается в тарифные ставки (оклады). Конкретные размеры повышения устанавливаются работодателем после консультаций с представительным органом работников, коллективным договором, соглашениями или трудовым договором.
