Кодекс дополнить статьей 139-3 следующего содержания:
"Статья 139-3. Поставка учебных пособий и школьных
принадлежностей, научных изданий на государственном
языке
Поставка учебников, хрестоматий, научных, литературно-
художественных книг, журналов, изданий для детей на государственном
языке является поставкой, освобожденной от НДС.".
