1. Уполномоченный орган действует в рамках полномочий,
предоставляемых ему настоящим Законом, и на основании положения,
утверждаемого Правительством Кыргызской Республики.
2. (Утратил силу в соответствии с Законом КР от 15 февраля 2010 года № 28)
