1. Уполномоченный орган может в любое время по своей инициативе
либо по инициативе заинтересованных сторон рассмотреть
необходимость продолжения применения защитных мер или возможность их
изменения.
2. В случае, если будет установлено, что применяемые меры не
являются оправданными, они должны быть отменены либо должен быть
изменен их размер.
