1. Решение о применении защитных мер принимается Правительством
Кыргызской Республики на основании утвердительного определения
уполномоченного органа после окончания разбирательства.
2. Защитные меры применяются в виде ограничения объема поставок
товара - установления квоты либо повышения таможенного тарифа
посредством введения специальной пошлины.
3. Информация о применении защитных мер должна быть представлена
уполномоченным органом в Комитет.
