1. Уполномоченный орган по каждому разбирательству ведет дело в
установленной им форме в письменном виде. В деле должны находиться
все документы, касающиеся разбирательства.
2. Материалы дела предоставляются заинтересованным сторонам для
ознакомления в ходе разбирательства и пересмотра дела по их просьбе.
3. Уполномоченный орган публикует отчет по каждому
разбирательству. В отчете должен быть дан подробный анализ дела с
указанием мотивов, обосновывающих принимаемые решения. Отчет должен
быть опубликован после окончания разбирательства.
